How to Apply

    Apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat and cure in LED lamp.

    Apply one to two coats of Rose-mance, curing between each layer.

    Seal with Xpress5 Top Coat and cure until fully set.

    Wipe nails with rubbing alcohol to remove tacky layer.
