How to Apply

    Apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat and cure in an LED lamp.

    Apply one or two coats of Rose Bud, curing between each layer.

    Seal with CND Shellac Xpress5 Top Coat and cure.

    Wipe nails with rubbing alcohol to remove the tacky layer.
