Young Nails Protein Bond 0.5oz — Young Nails” acid-free protein bond — keratin-protein primer that strengthens weak nails while creating strong adhesion for acrylic, gel, and dip. Salon volume (~100 applications).
Spec: Acid-free keratin-protein bond primer, 0.5oz brush bottle, salon-volume size.
Who It”s For
Salon owners: Problem-lifter clients without the burn risk of acid primer. Strong adhesion, healthier nail plate over time, fewer reactions.
Home-studio pros: Build retention into the prep step, not the file work. Acid-free chemistry is forgiving for technique-in-progress.
DIY home users with weak nails: Many home gel users have weak natural nails from acetone over-use. Protein Bond is the prep step that rebuilds while bonding.
Highlights
-
Keratin protein chemistry — strengthens nail plate while bonding — creates strong adhesion without etching the natural nail plate; no skin burn risk
Comparable grip to acid primer for chronic-lifter clients, with significantly better nail health over the wear cycle
Universal compatibility — works with acrylic, gel polish, builder gel, BIAB, and dip systems
0.5oz bottle — built-in flat brush for thin, precise application to the nail plate only
How to Use
-
Complete cuticle work, file/buff, dust removal, acetone wipe, and dehydrator
Apply a thin coat to the nail plate only — avoid skin and cuticle
Air-dry for 30–60 seconds until tacky
Apply base coat or acrylic immediately while primer is still active
You”ll Also Need
Pair with Young Nails Synergy or Mantra acrylic powder + Young Nails Liquid Monomer (6oz/32oz) for the full system. Or use as universal keratin-rich primer with any gel/acrylic.
