How to Apply

Prep nails by shaping, buffing, and cleansing with a lint-free wipe.
Apply a thin layer of base coat, seal the edge, and cure for 99 seconds in low heat mode.
Apply a thin layer of Notting Hill, seal the edge, and cure for 60 seconds. Repeat if needed.
Apply top coat, cure for 60 seconds, and finish with cuticle oil.
