Prep nails by cleaning, shaping, and buffing the surface.
Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base, seal the edge, and cure for 99 seconds.
Apply Dreamer in thin coats, cure for 60 seconds between layers.
Finish with Extreme Shine Top Coat, cure for 60 seconds.
Condition cuticles with oil.
