How to Apply

Remove any old polish, wash hands, shape nails, buff the surface, and push back cuticles.
Apply a thin layer of Orly”s Base Coat to help polish adhere and prevent chipping.
Apply the first thin coat of Velvet Dreams, starting at the center of the nail, then each side.
Once dry, apply a second thin coat for full coverage and richer color.
Apply a thin layer of Orly Top Coat to add shine and seal the color. Reapply top coat every couple of days to extend wear and prevent chipping.
Clean up any polish on skin with a small brush dipped in nail polish remover. Let nails dry completely to avoid smudging; use a quick-dry spray or drying drops if desired.
