Mini Liquids – Step 1 – Ready

This is where the magic starts. Step 1: Liquid helps the dip powder adhere to the nail. But these bottles are mini-sized.

After cleaning the nail, apply a thin coat of #1, then dip it in your color of choice. Brush off the excess powder, then move on to Step 2.
