Separation is normal. Shake well before use. Apply over cured gel color and manipulate with an alcohol-dampened brush for instant watercolor effects. Comes in a 5ml bottle.
How to Apply

Shake Bleeding Ink well before use.
Apply to the nail surface.
Use a pointed brush dipped in alcohol to tap and blend for watercolor effects.
