Kinetics Shield Fiber Base in Light Sand #929 brings quiet warmth to professional nail prep. It is a soft, neutral nude with beige undertones, a cool-adjacent tone that sits effortlessly on every skin tone. The finish is smooth and opaque, lending a natural, skin-like base beneath any gel system.
Built with nylon fibers and a flexible rubber structure, this professional-grade base is curated for thin and delicate nails. The medium-thick formula delivers long-lasting reinforcement, with up to 28 days of chip-resistant wear. The HEMA-free formula reduces the risk of skin irritation, and the wide-neck bottle makes precise application effortless. Shield Fiber Base cures under LED, UV/LED, and UV lamps, and works in a builder application technique only.
How to Apply

Prepare the nail, apply Dehydrator and Bonder.
Apply a thin layer of Shield™ Rubber Base, cure for 30s.
Apply a thin layer of Shield™ Fiber Base on all nails. Cure for 60 seconds.
Apply a builder layer and cure nail by nail for 30s. Then, cure both hands for 60 seconds.
Finish with Shield™ Top of your choice, cure for 60s.
For soak-off removal: sanitize hands, use a 120/180 grit file to remove the top coat until the shine is completely gone, soak a wipe in Polish Remover Red Lizard and wrap in foil on each nail, leave to soak for 15 minutes, remove foil, use a cuticle pusher to remove excess product, then buff and shape the nail.
For removal with drill: sanitize hands, use a drilling machine to remove 90% of the material, check to ensure there are no remaining pockets, then proceed with soak-off or proceed with refill.
Note: Shield™ Fiber Base can be used in a builder application technique only.
