How to Apply

Prep nails and apply IBD Rubber Gel Base Coat, cure under LED/UV lamp.
Apply a thin layer of Pout, cure fully.
Apply second coat if desired for opacity, cure.
Finish with IBD No Cleanse Top Coat, cure.
