Edwin Jagger Imitation Ivory shaving brushes are handmade in Sheffield using selected polyester material and are filled with best badger hair. Best badger is an excellent quality fill, ideal for wet shavers with strong hair growth or who want a firmer lathering sensation. As a medium-sized brush, it has an overall height of 99mm (3.9”), making it our second smallest shaving brush. With a handle height of 46mm (1.8”) and diameter of 33mm (1.3”), we find this brush fits neatly in virtually all hand sizes. The 21mm (0.8”) knot is ideal for working up a rich lather and applying shaving cream uniformly to your face.
