How to Apply

Shake well to blend the formula before use.
Apply and cure CND Shellac Base Coat as directed.
Apply a thin layer of Unlocked to all five nails, then cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
Repeat on the other hand, then apply a second coat using the same process.
Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat and cure as directed.
