How to Apply

Shake well to blend glitter particles evenly throughout the formula.
Apply and cure CND Shellac Base Coat as directed.
Apply a thin layer of Garnet Glamour to all five nails, then cure for 2 minutes under a CND UV Lamp.
Repeat on the other hand, then apply a second coat and cure again.
Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat and cure to seal.
