How to Apply

Prep nails by cleaning, shaping, and buffing the surface.
Apply a thin base coat, seal the edge, and cure for 99 seconds on low heat mode.
Apply a thin layer of Blinding Lights, seal the edge, and cure for 60 seconds.
Repeat with a second coat if desired and cure again.
Finish with top coat, cure for 60 seconds, and apply cuticle oil.
