How to Apply

Prep nails and apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat.
Cure under LED lamp according to manufacturer instructions.
Apply two thin coats of Unlocked, curing between each layer.
Seal with CND Shellac Xpress5 Top Coat and cure.
Wipe away tacky layer with alcohol or cleanser.
