DND 189 Camel In The Sand is a warm apricot from DND”s HEMA & TPO Free line. You get the gel polish and its matching lacquer, so a gel manicure and a lacquer pedicure come out the same colour.
What you get
-
1 x DND 189 Camel In The Sand gel polish, 0.5 fl oz (15 mL), cured under an LED or UV lamp

Why techs stock it
Made without HEMA: HEMA is the ingredient most linked to gel polish allergies, and this line leaves it out.

Standard bottle: each bottle holds 0.5 fl oz (15 mL).
Opaque in two coats: a cream finish covers the nail in two thin coats.

How to apply the gel
Start with a clean plate: no oil, no shine.
Base gel: DND #500, DC #800 or DIVA #100, cured 30 seconds.
Two thin coats: DND 189 Camel In The Sand, 45 seconds under LED per coat; thin layers cure evenly.
Seal: no-wipe top gel, 45 seconds, then cuticle oil.
Who it suits
-
Spring sets: peach carries both pink and orange pigment, so it warms a cool skin tone without going bright.
Everyday manicures, paired with a sheer nude.

Which option to choose
Compared with a standard DND duo, DND 189 Camel In The Sand swaps in a formula without HEMA or TPO while keeping the same gel and lacquer format. It still works with the DND, DC and DIVA base and top gels you already stock.
Lamp check
An LED lamp cures each thin colour coat in well under a minute; a UV lamp takes about 2 minutes. If the surface stays soft, the coat was too thick or the lamp is getting old.
