DND 017 Dust Stone is a sheer grey from DND”s HEMA & TPO Free line. You get the gel polish and its matching lacquer, so a gel manicure and a lacquer pedicure come out the same colour.

How to apply the gel

Prep: shape, cuticle work, light buff, dehydrator.

Base: thin base gel from any DND line, cured.

Colour: DND 017 Dust Stone in two thin coats, capping the edge, 45 seconds each.

Top: no-wipe top gel, cured, no cleanse.

Which option to choose

DND”s standard gel line contains HEMA, per its safety data sheet. DND 017 Dust Stone belongs to the separate HEMA & TPO Free line, so it is the DND option for clients who react to regular gel. Any client with a known allergy should still patch test.

Removal

File through the top coat, then soak in acetone for about 10 to 15 minutes and ease the softened gel off with a pusher. Skip the drill on the natural nail and finish with cuticle oil.
